At our store, your satisfaction is important to us. Because each crystal item is unique, we review all return requests individually to ensure the best possible support for every customer.

15-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us directly by email: crystalxclarity@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Case-by-Case Review

Returns are not automatically accepted.
Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to the unique nature of crystals. Some items may not be eligible for return depending on their condition, type, or reason for return.

Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Safely packaged to avoid damage during shipping

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of their natural characteristics, some crystals or customized items may not be eligible for return. This will be explained during the review process.
